MCard

MCard is issued in partnership with licensed financial institutions. Card usage is subject to the issuer's terms in addition to MaphaPay's terms.

Issuance

MCards are issued by our partner bank. You must be a verified MaphaPay user to apply. Approval is subject to the issuer's criteria.

Fees

Card fees are outlined on our Pricing page. Replacement cards may incur a fee.

Disputes & chargebacks

Report unauthorised transactions immediately. Chargeback requests must be submitted within 60 days of the transaction date.

Lost or stolen cards

Freeze your card immediately in the app and contact support. You are not liable for unauthorised transactions reported promptly.
