Service description
MaphaPay is a payments platform that connects your existing wallets and bank accounts. We facilitate payments but do not hold deposits or provide banking services.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or have guardian approval for minor accounts) and a resident of Eswatini to use MaphaPay. You must provide accurate information during registration.
Fees
Some transactions may incur fees as set out on our Pricing page. Fees are subject to change with 30 days notice.
Liability
MaphaPay's liability is limited to the amount of the disputed transaction. We are not liable for losses caused by your failure to secure your account or follow security procedures.
Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these terms or suspected fraudulent activity.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Eswatini.
